This is a builder's to-do list!!!

At the end of the week Mike the well-driller came:

Outside walls done...first floor

Bruce had a helper for several days, so a lot of walls have gone up. The weather has been cooperating as well....nice sunny fall days (nippy mornings!!):

Weekend Report

Here is the house as of Saturday 9-22-2012:

And then there were visitors on Saturday!

Culvert stoning

Used stones from the various rock piles to protect the culvert ends.

Trusses done

The floor trusses were finished and the floor decking starting to go on. Bruce worked on Saturday...."better to work a nice day now rather than a cold day later..."

Saturday the garage floor went in:

 The wood was delivered on Monday and the actual buidlout of the basement began:

 Naturally there are visitors almost every night:

 By midweek:

On Thursday floor trusses were delivered. Now it's getting exciting!!

By the end of the day:

Basement floor is poured

First, the prep for the basement floor, as of Tuesday:

Then on Thursday the floor was poured:

The garage is now prepped for pouring. This one shows the landscaping that Jeremy has been doing. Looks a lot different than it did in July!
